At NyaySopan, we strive to provide excellent service. If you're not satisfied with a consultation or encounter any issues, we're here to help resolve them fairly and promptly.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Technical Issues: If the consultation couldn't be completed due to platform technical problems
  • Advocate No-Show: If the advocate doesn't join within 5 minutes of scheduled time
  • Poor Connection: If call/video quality issues prevent meaningful consultation
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same consultation
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your consent

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Consultation completed as scheduled
  • User no-show or late cancellation (less than 2 hours before scheduled time)
  • Dissatisfaction with legal advice provided (subjective opinion differences)
  • Change of mind after consultation completion
  • Issues arising from user's internet connectivity

Refund Process Timeline

Request Submission

Submit refund request within 24 hours of consultation through the app or support email with consultation details and reason.

Review (1-2 Business Days)

Our support team reviews your request, consultation records, and any supporting evidence provided.

Decision Communication

You'll receive an email with the decision and explanation within 2 business days.

Refund Processing (5-7 Business Days)

If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Dispute Resolution Process

For disputes beyond refund requests (quality concerns, professional conduct, etc.):

  • Step 1: Contact our support team with detailed description of the issue
  • Step 2: We facilitate communication between you and the advocate
  • Step 3: If unresolved, case is escalated to senior management
  • Step 4: Final decision made within 7 business days
  • Step 5: Appropriate action taken (refund, credit, advocate warning, etc.)

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • Consultation started but interrupted due to technical issues
  • Advocate joined late but consultation was completed
  • Quality issues affecting part of the consultation

Partial refund amount is calculated based on consultation duration and issue severity.

Wallet Credits

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer wallet credits that can be used for future consultations. Credits are typically processed faster and may include bonus amounts as goodwill gesture.

How to Submit a Request

Go to Consultation History → Select consultation → Tap "Report Issue" → Choose issue type → Submit

Include: Consultation ID, Date, Advocate name, Issue description, Supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.)

Prevention Tips

To avoid issues:

  • Check advocate ratings and reviews before booking
  • Ensure stable internet connection before consultation
  • Clearly communicate your legal issue at the start
  • Report technical issues immediately during consultation
  • Review consultation summary and provide feedback

Important Note

All refund and dispute decisions are final. We reserve the right to deny requests that don't meet our policy criteria. Abuse of the refund system may result in account suspension.
